Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify

client bills, subcontractor bills, and vendor bills

as per project progress. Conduct

cost estimation and quantity take-offs

from engineering drawings and project specifications. Prepare and review

Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)

accurately. Perform

Rate Analysis

for various items of work as per the latest market rates and project requirements. Carry out

Labor and Machinery Analysis

for effective resource utilization and cost control. Coordinate with

site engineers, contractors, and the accounts team

for timely submission and approval of bills. Maintain proper

records and documentation

related to measurement sheets, quantities, and material usage. Ensure compliance with

project specifications, BOQ, and contractual terms

during billing. Support in

preparing project cost reports

, cash flow projections, and progress statements. Work closely with the

planning and project teams

to ensure accurate billing at every stage of construction.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Billing Engineer: 5 years (Required) estimation, costing : 5 years (Required)
