The Billing Engineer will be responsible for BOQ, Rate Analysis, Quantity Surveying, and Working with Billing Systems on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Experience in BOQ, Rate Analysis, Quantity Surveying, and Billing Systems Strong analytical skills to evaluate project cost performance Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Professional certifications such as RICS, CII, or related
