Job Description
1. Prepare Client Bill 2. Prepare & process subcontractor bills 3. Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings 4. Review of bills of quantities and item list 5. Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender 6. Preparing reconciliation statements 7. Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements 8. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Benefits:
