Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit client bills/invoices based on project progress, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and contract terms. Reconcile quantities and verify work executed on-site with contractors and subcontractors. Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to collect and validate work progress data. Ensure billing is aligned with contract agreements and project timelines. Track and manage variations and change orders, and incorporate them into billing documents. Liaise with the accounts and finance departments for timely submission and clearance of invoices. Maintain documentation of all billing-related records for audit and internal reference. Assist in preparing cost estimates and budget tracking. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and client specifications. Review and verify subcontractor bills and certification of payments. Prepare MIS reports related to billing and cost tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum

5 years of relevant experience

in billing and quantity surveying in the construction industry. Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, BOQ preparation, and contract billing procedures. Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software such as ERP. Excellent numerical and analytical skills. Strong communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
