Key Responsibilities:

Measurement & Verification

Verify quantities of executed work against drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Prepare detailed measurement sheets for all project work items. Coordinate with site engineers for clarifications on executed work. Bill Preparation & Submission Prepare contractor and client bills based on executed work. Ensure proper application of rates, taxes, and contractual terms. Submit bills to clients or internal finance department on time. Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain organized records of bills, measurement sheets, and supporting documents. Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and complies with contractual obligations. Coordination & Reporting Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and accounts teams for billing and payments. Provide monthly billing status, reconciliation reports, and outstanding bill follow-ups. Assist in resolving billing disputes or clarifications with clients/contractors. Cost Control & Analysis Track project costs versus budgets and report variances. Support project management in billing-related financial planning.
Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (depending on project type)

Experience: 2-5 years in construction or project billing

Software Knowledge: MS Office, Excel, Tally, ERP billing modules, AutoCAD (for measurements)

Preferred: Familiarity with RERA, CPWD, or other government/industry billing standards

Skills Required:

Strong numerical and analytical skills Knowledge of contract terms, BOQ, and project specifications Attention to detail and accuracy in measurements Good communication and coordination skills Ability to manage deadlines and billing cycles efficiently

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
