Qualifications
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
5+ years of experience in billing, cost control, or project accounting
Strong understanding of contracts, BOQs, rates, and project billing procedures
Proficiency in MS Excel and billing/accounting software (e.g., SAP or similar)
Knowledge in AutoCAD
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and process client invoices based on project progress, contracts, and milestones
Track project costs, variations, and change orders to ensure accurate billing
Maintain billing records, supporting documents, and compliance with contractual terms
Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries
