Job Purpose:

To prepare, verify, and process project billing in line with contractual conditions for clients and subcontractors in power infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare RA bills and final bills based on executed work for distribution projects. Maintain accurate measurement records (MBs) and quantity reconciliations. Verify subcontractor bills, match with DPRs and material records. Coordinate with execution and planning teams to collect billing inputs. Ensure timely submission and follow-up of bills with clients and departments. Assist in cost and budget monitoring.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E. / Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering. 3-6 years of experience in billing/contract administration in T&D or EPC projects. Knowledge of contract terms (EPC, item-rate) and govt. billing procedures preferred.

Skills:

Expertise in BOQ analysis, rate derivation, and reconciliation. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software/ERP. Accuracy in record-keeping and attention to detail. Strong analytical and coordination abilities.
