Numbertree is hiring for Billing Engineer ( Power Plant Project,factory,Oil Gas,Refinery Petrochemical,Gas Pipeline) Profile for Gujarat Location . Please find below the job description:- Experience: 10-18 Years Qualification : B.Tech/B.E Civil Exposure in Refinery , Power Plant , Petrochemical Plant Projects Good Communication Skill (Reading, Writing & Spoken) Job Responsibilities/Key Responsibility Areas
  • Technical Audit of the Petrochemical, Power plant Projects.
  • Understanding BOQ (Bill of Quantity) of the project
  • Understanding the Design & Drawings of the project
  • Quantity Surveying from drawings
  • Understanding of mode of measurement
  • Checking of the Sub-contractor RA Bill w.r.t. work done and paid and to find out the excess quantity paid, if any. (Also as per the physical execution)
  • Checking of the RA Bills with Drawings, BBS, BOM (Bill of Materials), etc
  • Earthwork verification
  • Material consumption and reconciliation for all materials Steel, Concrete, Cement, Sand, Shuttering, AAC Blocks, Bricks, aggregate, etc, w.r.t purchased quantity, theoretical quantity, actual consumed quantity, paid to sub-contractor quantity, work in progress, wastage, unbilled, unaccounted, etc. with wastage norms provided in SO.
  • Rate Analysis for extra work, non-scheduled work.
  • Report preparation and presentation to the stakeholders.
  • Provide the services with reasonable skill, care, and diligence.
  • Engineers shall be responsible for verification of the quantities / bills against the amount of work being executed by the Contractors as per contract terms & conditions
