Billing Engineer

to join our project execution team.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare client and subcontractor bills in accordance with project terms and conditions Prepare measurement sheets, abstract sheets, and reconciliation statements Verify RA bills, BOQs, and subcontractor claims Coordinate with site engineers for work updates and measurement validation Monitor material usage and reconcile with project consumption Maintain documentation of billing-related records and submit timely reports to the accounts and project teams Assist in project cost estimation and budgeting when required Ensure adherence to timelines and project budget parameters

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering 3-5 years of relevant experience in billing and quantity surveying in the construction industry Good knowledge of CPWD/contract billing standards and GST compliance Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software (e.g., ERP, MS Project, etc.) Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments
