Job Description

Location: Andheri (Mumbai) Experience: 5 - 6 yrs. Responsibility:

• Prepare detailed billing reports, invoices, and statements for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and QS teams to track project costs and progress.
• Review project documentation, contracts, and change orders to ensure billing accuracy.
• Verify the accuracy of work quantities, measurements, and rates for invoicing.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely billing of materials and services.
• Address client inquiries and concerns regarding invoices and project costs.
• Monitor and track variations in project scope, cost, and work progress.
• Prepare cost reconciliation reports, highlighting discrepancies and adjustments.
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation for auditing purposes.
• Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide regular updates on project billing status to management and stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving billing disputes and discrepancies with clients and contractors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to billing practices.

Requirements:

• Master\'s degree is mandatory.
• Proven 5-6 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of project billing procedures, contracts, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in billing software, Excel, and financial management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing billing reports and documentation.
• Problem-solving ability to address billing-related challenges and discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple billing tasks concurrently.
• AutoCAD, Solid work etc.
