Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of RA Bills, Final Bills, and reconciliation with client measurements.

Verification of site measurements as per drawings and BOQ.

Preparation and checking of Running Account (RA) Bills for subcontractors.

Coordination with site engineers and project managers for quantity certification.

Maintaining billing records, abstracts, and variation statements.

Preparation of extra item statements and deviation quantities.

Checking contractor bills and certification as per contract terms.

Tracking work progress vs billing status.

Preparing material reconciliation statements.

Supporting commercial team for payment follow-ups and documentation.

Ensuring billing compliance as per contract agreements and industrial project standards.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis, and Measurement Book (MB).

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD (basic) and billing software (if any).

Understanding of industrial project drawings and specifications.

Good coordination and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple billing cycles simultaneously.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in industrial, warehouse, factory, or infrastructure projects.

Good exposure to client billing and subcontractor billing.

Ability to work at fast-track project sites.

Salary Package:

As per market standards (?55,000 - ?65,000 per month depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?289,201.27 - ?727,585.42 per year
