RA, final and all kind of Bills to check and certify with Preparation of detailed bill of quantities comparative statements with PSE., Monthly Certified Bill Statement and Keeping Track of all the bills sent to accounts and follow-up for the payments
Do track of GST defaulter Vendors and Send them notification for the compliances and defaulter list to be escalated to the managements.
Preparation of Client Bills, Monthly and Cumulative P&L statements
Providing billing related information / documents to client and Management as and when required Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills i.e. Civil, Carpentry, Aluminum Windows, Finishing, Interior bills, Infrastructure, Plumbing, Firefighting, Electrical work, consultants, & material Invoices etc.
Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.
Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.
Intimating Contracts & Planning Engineers regarding amendments in Work orders, Change Order
Other Duties specified by VP - Projects/Manager Estimation & Billing, such as Engineers Certificate for the various projects.
Ensure all data updating records in future ERP system
Requirements
Education: BE/B.tech in Civil Engineering
Experience in real estate & construction industry mandatory
Candidate should have worked in High Rise residential tower Projects.
