Billing Engineer (Civil)
who understands site realities and can translate executed work into correct quantities, bills, and supporting documentation.
This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with drawings and measurements, and able to coordinate closely with site engineers, contractors, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and verify
RA bills and final bills
for contractors.
Take site measurements and prepare
measurement books (MBs).
Prepare, review, and track
BOQs
and quantity variations.
Cross-check executed quantities against drawings and site progress.
Coordinate with Site Engineers for quantity confirmation and approvals.
Maintain billing records, abstracts, and supporting documents.
Assist in quantity reconciliation and cost monitoring.
Prepare billing and quantity-related reports as required.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering.
Experience in
billing and quantity surveying
for construction projects.
Strong understanding of measurements, BOQs, and billing procedures.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings for quantity take-offs.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and standard billing formats.
Attention to detail and good coordination skills.
