Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage billing procedures for various residential projects.

Cost Estimation

: Develop accurate cost estimates and ensure project budgets are adhered to.

Documentation

: Prepare detailed billing reports and project documentation.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office, Auto-CAD
Key Requirements

Experience

: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Billing Engineer in the Real Estate sector.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in MS-Office and Auto-CAD.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bar Bending Schedule

(BBS)

Preparation.
Preferred Qualifications

Graduation: B.Tech/B.E. Course: B.Tech/B.E. Specialization: Civil
