Position Overview
The Billing Engineer will manage quantity measurements, prepare running bills, verify contractor claims, and support cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare RA Bills, final bills, and measurement sheets.
Conduct quantity take-off from drawings.
Verify contractor bills and site measurements.
Assist in BOQ preparation and rate analysis.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and accounts for bill approvals.
Maintain billing documents and cost records.
Support project cost monitoring and budgeting.
Requirements
Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
3-5 years of billing experience in construction.
Strong knowledge of QTO, BOQ, and rate analysis.
Good command of MS Excel and billing software.
Skills Required
Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
Good understanding of contracts and billing terms.
Documentation and coordination skills.
