Job Description

The Billing & Estimation Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate project estimation, budgeting, and billing processes. This includes verifying material quantification before BOQ preparation, reconciling executed work with projected quantities, and managing variations. The manager will coordinate with the purchasing team to analyze material costs, prepare contracts and work orders, and conduct periodic site visits to ensure alignment between executed and projected work. The role also involves attending engineering meetings to ensure work orders are balanced and the project stays within budget.

Estimation & Budget Verification: Verify material quantification before preparing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure accuracy in budgeting.

Reconciliation: Reconcile executed work with the projected quantities and values, making adjustments as needed.

Variation Management: Identify and rectify variations in project scope or quantities, with Director's approval.

Contract & Work Order Preparation: Prepare contracts and work orders in line with project requirements.

Coordination with Purchasing: Work with the purchasing team to analyze material costs for accurate project budgeting.

Site Visits: Conduct periodic site visits to reconcile executed and projected work quantities.

Engineering Meetings: Attend meetings to ensure the work order is aligned with the project scope and budget.

Skills Experience in construction estimation, budgeting, and billing.

Strong knowledge of BOQ, contracts, and cost management.

Proficient in project management and cost control tools.

Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹284,851.56 - ₹1,013,099.14 per year
