Job summary

Seeking an experienced Billing Engineer to manage billing processes, cost estimation, and documentation for residential real estate projects in Pune. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in civil engineering and a proven track record in billing management.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Billing Reports

: Generate and present periodic billing reports to stakeholders, highlighting budget adherence, discrepancies, and forecasting future billing needs.

Contract Compliance

: Ensure that all billing practices comply with contractual agreements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Coordination with Internal Teams

: Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams to streamline billing processes and resolve any discrepancies.

Change Order Management

: Process and manage change orders, ensuring accurate reflection in billing and documentation.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-10 years of experience in billing engineering within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical and numerical skills to ensure precise billing and cost estimation.
Preferred Qualifications
