Key Responsibilities
Billing Management
: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for residential construction projects, ensuring all bills are prepared and submitted accurately and in a timely manner, and in compliance with contract terms and company policies.
Cost Analysis
: Conduct detailed cost analyses and prepare cost reports for ongoing projects, identifying potential cost-saving opportunities and discrepancies.
Contract Compliance
: Ensure that all billing reflects contract terms and is consistent with project budgets and timelines.
Coordination with Project Teams
: Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to gather necessary information and documentation for the billing process.
Documentation and Record Keeping
: Maintain up-to-date records of all billing transactions and related documentation to support financial audits and reporting.
Software Proficiency
: MS-Office, AutoCAD
Key Requirements
Experience
: 3-5 years of experience in billing engineering within the residential construction sector.
Education
: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in relevant billing and project management software.
