Billing and Documentation:
Prepare, review, and submit client invoices and follow up on payments.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all billing and payment activities.
Prepare & submit variation orders and claims for additional work or changes in scope.
Reconcile project costs with budget estimates and report discrepancies.
Cost Estimation:
Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
Prepare detailed cost estimates including material, labour, equipment & overhead cost
Update cost estimates and budgets based on project changes and progress.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure
accurate billing and compliance with contractual terms.
Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
Assist in contract administration and ensure adherence to contract terms and
conditions.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience of minimum 3 to 5 years in tendering, cost estimation, and billing
in construction industry.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.
