Job Title: Billing Engineer

Job summary

The Billing Engineer will be responsible for managing the billing process for our residential construction projects, ensuring all billing activities are carried out accurately and efficiently in compliance with contract terms and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Project Budget Monitoring

: Regularly monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide reports to stakeholders on financial progress.

Coordination with Project Teams

: Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary data for accurate billing and cost estimation.

Documentation

: Maintain thorough documentation of all billing and estimation activities, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with legal and company standards.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office, AutoCAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 2-3 years of experience in billing engineering within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech/B.E. Civil or a related engineering field.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical and numerical skills to handle complex billing processes and cost calculations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with residential construction projects Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
