Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Prepare and process

client bills

in coordination with project engineers. Assist in

checking and certifying contractor bills

as per project progress. Coordinate with site engineers for

daily progress reports

and work updates. Maintain accurate

records of work done

, billing status, and

billing schedules

. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments for

billing approvals

& clarifications. Assist in

reconciliation of accounts

and

follow-up for payment collections

. Ensure compliance with contract terms and

GST/taxation norms

. Support the preparation of

monthly project MIS reports
