Prepare and verify project bills as per site progress and client requirements.
Take accurate measurements from drawings and site for quantity estimation.
Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and rate analysis.
Coordinate with site, project, and accounts teams for billing and certification.
Maintain records of measurements, work orders, and reconciliation statements.
Verify subcontractor bills and ensure timely approvals.
Support project cost monitoring and budget control activities.
Travelling and visiting the sites
Skills & Requirements:
Strong knowledge of quantity surveying and billing procedures.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant billing software.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Ability to speak
English, Kannada, and Telugu
is an advantage.
