Role & responsibilities

? Strong ability to prepare and analyze bills of quantities (BOQ) ? Have to make the site visit and take the requirements to prepare the tender. ? Strong understanding of the commercial interior industry, including the latest trends and developments ? Strong ability to prepare the measurement sheet as per site execution and get the billing done. Documentation, JMS and RA Bill prepration.
Preferred candidate profile

? Diploma/Bachelor's in Civil Engineering

? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

? Proficiency in relevant computer software, including AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
