Experience

: 5 to 8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer to join our EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) team and manage billing for building structures and finishing works in government or Private projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage billing for EPC Private, Government projects and clients. Handle quantity measurements as per IS codes / PWD / CPWD manuals. Work with DSR/OSR, client billing, subcontractors' billing, and reconciliation. Estimate material quantities and costs from drawings. Conduct material reconciliation and maintain cost forecasts. Update budgets as per EPC project plan changes. Collaborate with clients, site managers, project managers, and subcontractors. Utilize software tools to track estimates, quantities, and billing records. Scheduling of project.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in billing within EPC projects. Proficiency in MS Office and billing/estimation software. Strong numerical, analytical, and financial reporting skills. In-depth understanding of construction materials, pricing, and industry standards. Ability to work under strict budgets and timelines. Scheduling of project.
