The candidate must be capable of preparing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and preparing cost estimates based on drawings, technical specifications, and overall project requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates based on drawings and project requirements
Track project costs, budgets, and progress for accurate billing and reporting
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients for measurement verification
Maintain timely and accurate documentation, billing reports, and certification records
Assist in rate analysis, cost control, and verification of subcontractor invoices
Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
Proven experience of 3-4 years in billing and quantity estimation
Strong understanding of construction drawings, measurements, and rate analysis
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing-related software
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
