Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Billing Engineer with a strong background in the real estate and industrial sectors to manage and oversee the billing processes for our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have the ability to ensure accurate billing and compliance with contract terms, alongside preparing cost estimations and working closely with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Reconciliation

: Perform regular reconciliation of billing data with project management records to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Documentation

: Maintain comprehensive records of all billing activities, including invoices, purchase orders, and payments.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve any billing issues and ensure smooth financial operations.

Software Proficiency

: MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-10 years of experience in billing engineering within the real estate or industrial sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in relevant billing and project management software tools.

Analytical Skills

: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in billing and financial data.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in large-scale construction projects Familiarity with local building regulations and standards
