Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and process

RA (Running Account) bills

,

final bills

, and

subcontractor bills

as per work executed at site. Assist in preparing and updating

BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

and

cost estimates

. Conduct

quantity take-offs

from drawings and site measurements. Coordinate with site engineers for

measurement verification

and progress updates. Maintain

billing records

,

reconciliation statements

, and

payment status reports

. Support the team in

material reconciliation

, tracking consumption against the scope. Liaise with

clients, consultants, and vendors

for bill approvals and clarifications. Ensure compliance with project contract terms and billing schedules. Use software tools like

MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems

for billing and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

3+ years of billing experience in government/public sector infrastructure or building projects.

Proficiency in

MS Excel

,

AutoCAD

, and basic

ERP/billing software

. Attention to detail and excellent numerical ability. Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
