Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify

RA bills, final bills

, and subcontractor bills as per BOQ and drawings Measure quantities from

GFC / IFC drawings

and site measurements Coordinate with site engineers for

measurement sheets and work progress

Prepare

client billing

, certification, and reconciliation Handle

variation orders, extra items, and deviation statements

Maintain records of

billing, certifications, and approvals

Assist in

cost control, budget tracking

, and reconciliation of materials Coordinate with planning, accounts, and contracts team for billing closure Ensure billing is done as per

contract terms and timelines

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of

BOQ, rate analysis, and quantity take-off

Experience in

residential / commercial building projects

Proficient in

MS Excel, AutoCAD

(billing-related work) Good understanding of

contract conditions and billing procedures

Strong analytical and coordination skills

Qualification:

Diploma / BE / B.Tech - Civil Engineering

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
