Billing Officer - Job Responsibilities
Prepare accurate invoices for interior construction projects and send them to clients on time.
Review and verify billing details such as quantities, rates, and contract terms by referring to the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project documents to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with project managers, accounts team, and clients to resolve any billing discrepancies or queries.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients to ensure timely collections.
Maintain detailed billing records and prepare monthly billing reports for management.
Ensure all billing processes comply with company policies and legal regulations.
Provide necessary billing documents and records during internal audits and financial reviews.
Monitor billing schedules and ensure invoices are generated on time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
