Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to verify work progress and its alignment with billing.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of all billing and estimation activities, ensuring all documents are organized and easily accessible.

Client Communication

: Engage with clients to clarify billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies and ensure mutual agreement on financial terms.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS-Office

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in billing engineering within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Technical Skills

: Proficient in relevant billing and estimation software tools.

Attention to Detail

: High accuracy in handling financial calculations and documentation.

Communication Skills

: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and project teams effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Prior experience in highway and road construction projects
