Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Civil Construction Company with a focus on Contractor Billing
Immediate Availability: Preferred
Salary: Rs65,000
Responsibilities:

• Manage billing processes for clients from the contractor\'s perspective in the civil construction industry.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of invoices and billing statements.
• Coordinate with project managers and finance team to gather necessary billing information.
• Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain billing records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor billing cycles and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Provide support during audits related to billing and invoicing
• Certification in billing or accounting software is a plus.
• Proven track record with at least 10 years of experience in contractor billing within the civil construction sector.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in billing procedures and practices specific to civil construction projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
• Ability to analyze data and attention to detail in billing documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve billing issues promptly.
