POSITION OVERVIEW

Golchha Construction is seeking an experienced Billing & Planning Engineer to join our team in Raipur. This role is focused on managing PWD/CPWD projects, ensuring precision in billing, scheduling, and technical compliance.

POSITION DETAILS

Location: 519, Lalganga Business Park, Pachpedi Naka, Raipur Job Type: Full-time Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Salary: ?30,000 - ?45,000 per month (based on skill & experience) + PF, ESIC, and project incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Billing: Prepare running account (RA) and final bills for PWD/CPWD works; handle work orders, variations, and extra items. Planning: Create project schedules, bar charts, and manpower deployment plans; coordinate progress reports with site teams. Verification: Check measurements per approved Mode of Measurements (MoM) and verify quality against IS codes and specifications. Documentation: Maintain measurement books (MB) and quality records; attend site meetings and client inspections.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum billing experience in two PWD/CPWD projects (quantum of ?10 CR+ each). Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in PWD/CPWD specifications, procedures, and CG PWD Schedule of Rates.
Expertise in IS codes (concrete, reinforcement, brickwork, plastering). Software: AutoCAD (for quantity extraction), Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas), and Cloud Management (OneDrive/Google Drive) and conducting meetings online platforms like Microsoft teams etc Communication: Fluent in Hindi with basic English.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Preparation of rate analysis and reconciliation of major material reports. Specific experience with Raipur PWD division or CPWD DSR rates. Background in site execution and knowledge of GST billing.
