Job summary

We are seeking a skilled

Billing Engineer

with experience in managing and overseeing billing operations for diverse projects at our site locations. The ideal candidate will be adept at ensuring compliance with contractual terms, preparing cost estimates, and contributing to efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Billing Management

: Oversee and manage the entire billing process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

Cost Estimation

: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment, for various stages of construction projects.

Invoice Preparation

: Compile and prepare invoices for clients in accordance with agreed terms and ensure timely submission.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of billing documents and ensure proper documentation of all billing-related activities.

Project Coordination

: Coordinate with project managers, finance teams, and contractors to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate smooth operations.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD

Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in billing engineering within the construction, industrial, or related sectors.

Education

: Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree in related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the specified industry sectors (Metro, Oil & Gas, Tunnels, etc.) Familiarity with site-based project environments
