Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and verification of RA, client, and subcontractor bills.
Quantity take-off and BOQ verification as per drawings and site execution.
Material reconciliation and cost tracking.
Coordination with project, accounts, and procurement departments.
Support in rate analysis, cost estimation, and MIS reporting.
