Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Billing Engineer (Civil)

with strong knowledge of

quantity surveying, billing, and cost control

for real estate projects. The candidate should be capable of handling contractor bills, BOQs, and project cost tracking independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify

Running Account (RA) bills

and

Final bills

Measurement of work as per

drawings, BOQ, and site execution

Prepare and maintain

BOQ, abstracts, and cost statements

Certification of

contractor and subcontractor bills

Reconciliation of

materials and quantities

Maintain

billing records, measurements, and documentation

Coordinate with

site engineers, project managers, and accounts team

Track

project costs

and report variations Assist in

rate analysis

and extra item approvals Ensure billing as per

contract terms and project timelines

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of

civil construction billing & QS

Experience in

Real Estate projects (mandatory)

Ability to read and interpret

GFC drawings & BOQs

Proficiency in

MS Excel

and basic computer skills Knowledge of

contract agreements and specifications

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with

ERP / billing software

Should have good

Excel command.

Knowledge of

material reconciliation and cost control

Exposure to

high-rise residential or commercial projects

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Relevant field experience will be given priority
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?360,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
