Qualification - B.E. (Civil) / Diploma (Civil)

Experience - 8 to 10 years

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Verification of Bills (Commercial/Industrial) (Civil & MEP)

Checking and Verification of Contractors Bills by visiting Site, Physical verification of measurements and quantities of Various Industrial and commercial Projects in accordance with mode of measurements as per PO / IS code. Cross checking of quantities with drawings.
2. Verification of bills with PO and Tracking of RA bills.

Bills to be verified in accordance with PO, identifying the quantities exceeding PO quantity to be hold and process for Amendment after necessary approvals. Maintaining proper record for all RA bills.
3. Timely Process of Payments.

Preparing Payment Certificate and submitting to accounts.
4. Documentation and record Keeping.

Maintaining detailed records of all billing related activities, including invoices, payment records and project documentation.
5. BOQ and Estimate Preparation

Expertise in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and accurate project estimates. Utilize in-depth knowledge of industry pricing and materials to ensure precise project cost projections.
6. Client and Contractor Coordination.

Communicating with Clients, contractors and subcontractors regarding billing matters, resolving discrepancies and ensuring clear communication.
7. Proficiency in AutoCAD

Demonstrate advanced skills in AutoCAD for creating detailed and precise technical drawings. Utilize AutoCAD proficiency to contribute to the design and planning stages, ensuring accurate representation of project requirements.

KEY SKILLS:

Proficiency in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and billing software and Knowledge of relevant IS codes. Budgeting & Pricing. Business Acumen Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
