Prepare
BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
and update quantities as per project changes.
Maintain and update records of
work orders, invoices, and payment status
.
Reconcile subcontractor and client accounts periodically.
Support
budget preparation
and assist in project cost control.
Coordinate with accounts for timely billing and payment follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with contractual and company billing policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in
construction billing
(residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects).
Software Knowledge:
MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, ERP.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of quantity estimation and rate analysis.
Good understanding of construction drawings and contracts.
Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail in measurement and billing.
