- Billing Engineer (Civil)

1) Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Billing Engineer (Civil) for road and other civil industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing bills, measurements, and maintaining billing-related documentation in accordance with contract terms and client requirements.

2) Duties & Responsibilities :

Prepare RA Bills, Final Bills, and Client Bills Take and verify site measurements as per drawings and BOQ Prepare quantity calculations for executed works Coordinate with site team for daily progress and measurements Maintain billing records, abstracts, and reconciliation statements Handle sub-contractor bills and measurement verification Ensure billing compliance with contract agreements and specifications Assist in variation statements and extra item claims Coordinate with client/consultant for bill certification

3) Requirements :

Experience:

Minimum 8 to 10 years as a Billing Engineer in Civil / Road Projects Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and billing procedures Familiar with IS codes, drawings, and specifications Ability to handle client and subcontractor billing Good coordination and documentation skills

4) Software Knowledge :

MS Excel (Advanced)

Billing & Estimation software (if any)
