Responsibilities

Prepare and submit accurate contractor & client billing and invoicing documents for construction projects. Collaborate with project managers to understand project budgets and financial requirements. Maintain meticulous records of project expenditures, change orders, and payment applications. Facilitate timely processing of payments and resolve any discrepancies with subcontractors or clients. Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and addressing any inquiries regarding project billing. Analyze project costs and assist in forecasting financial trends to aid in budgeting. Communicate effectively with team members to gather information for billing and financial reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil Engineering, or a diploma. Proven experience as a Billing Engineer in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction billing processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address financial discrepancies and project evaluations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
