Job Summary:



The Billing and Dispatch Executive is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate billing of goods and services, coordinating dispatch activities, and maintaining proper records of all transactions. This role involves close coordination with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Billing:



Generate invoices accurately in line with purchase orders and sales agreements. Verify sales orders, delivery challans, and tax details before billing. Ensure correct application of taxes (GST, etc.) as per applicable laws. Coordinate with accounts for reconciliation and timely invoice submissions. Maintain daily records of billed items and issue credit/debit notes as required. Upload invoices to e-invoicing or GST portal if required.

Dispatch:



Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely dispatch of goods. Schedule and monitor transportation for outgoing shipments. Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as delivery challans, packing lists, and LR copies. Track shipments and communicate with transporters for smooth deliveries. Maintain dispatch logs and update status to customers/sales teams.

General Administration:



Maintain proper documentation of all billing and dispatch activities. Resolve discrepancies and follow up with internal teams or customers for clarifications. Support the sales and operations team with reports on billing and dispatch status.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in billing, dispatch, or logistics roles. Working knowledge of billing software (Tally, SAP, or similar ERP). Familiarity with transport documentation and GST requirements.

Skills Required:



Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and office tools. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of inventory and logistics processes is an advantage.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
