The ideal candidate will handle in-store billing, maintain accurate sales records, and develop effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales--both online and offline.
Key Responsibilities:Billing & Store Operations:
Handle customer billing using POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently and accurately.
Manage cash, card, and online transactions responsibly.
Maintain daily sales reports and reconcile cash registers at closing.
Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to ensure accurate stock updates.
Provide excellent customer service and support during checkout.
Handle billing-related queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Digital Marketing:
Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns for social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.) and other online platforms.
Create and post engaging content including photos, videos, reels, and promotional offers.
Manage paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) to increase store footfall and online visibility.
Respond to customer messages and inquiries on digital platforms.
Collaborate with photographers and designers for content creation.
Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
Maintain and update product listings on online marketplaces (if applicable).
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in retail billing and/or digital marketing (experience in fashion or clothing industry is a plus).
Knowledge of billing software/POS systems.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills are an advantage.
Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
