Greet and welcome customers warmly.
Present menu options and help customers make selections.
Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly and prompt service.
Handle customer queries, feedback, or complaints professionally.
Billing and Cash Handling:
Operate POS system for billing and order processing.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
Maintain billing records and issue receipts.
Ensure cash counter is balanced at the end of the shift.
Service and Operations:
Take and serve orders promptly.
Coordinate with kitchen and barista team for order preparation.
Ensure correct order delivery to tables or takeaway counters.
Maintain cleanliness of service area, tables, and billing counter.
Inventory & Stock Support:
Assist in monitoring and reporting low stock items (cups, napkins, etc.).
Support daily stock counting when required.
Hygiene and Safety:
Follow all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
Maintain personal grooming as per company policy.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail outlet preferred.
Basic computer and POS operation knowledge.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
