Job Summary



We are looking for a

Billing cum Cash Executive

who will be responsible for accurate billing, handling customer payments, and maintaining proper cash records. The ideal candidate should be attentive to detail, fast with billing systems, and polite with customers.

Key Responsibilities



Handle

customer billing

accurately and efficiently using POS/billing software.

Scan items, verify quantities and prices

, and ensure correct billing before payment. Manage

cash, card, UPI, and other payment modes

properly and maintain daily cash balance. Issue

bills, receipts, and refunds

as per company policy. Ensure

proper handling of cash drawer

and report discrepancies immediately. Maintain

cleanliness and discipline

at the billing counter. Coordinate with

supervisors and floor staff

to resolve billing or product issues. Provide

excellent customer service

and handle queries politely. Participate in

periodic training sessions

on billing accuracy and customer service.

Required Skills



Good knowledge of

billing software / POS systems.

Basic computer proficiency

(Excel, email, etc.).

Numerical accuracy

and attention to detail. Good

communication skills

(English or local language). Ability to handle

cash responsibly

. Friendly, honest, and team-oriented personality.

Qualification



Minimum

+2 / Diploma / Graduate

in Commerce or related field. Experience in retail or supermarket billing preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
