Billing Representatives are responsible for driving the closure and invoicing or all completed media orders to ensure timely and accurate billing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure media orders are invoiced accurately, in a timely manner and in line with clients' SLAs.
Communicate to Client Services any issues that will prevent final invoicing.
Tracking invoicing throughout the billing period to ensure we are on target to meet the weekly and monthly goals.
Maintain a high level of service for our customers.
Represent and uphold all department policies and procedures.
Provide information and/or reports when requested and resolve all requests quickly and accurately.
Respond to emails within 1 hour where possible. If you cannot resolve the email, respond with an ETA for completion.
Provide support for Admin as needed.
Provide support to Client Services as needed.
Maintain PO logs as needed.

Education and Experience:
3+ years of accounting/ billing experience required
Experience with a post-house or similar business preferred

Excellent customer service skills
Degree : BCom /Mcom / CA pursuing / CMA pursuing
Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role, as the employee is frequently required to sit for long
periods of time.
Work Environment:
This position is remote and uses standard office equipment such as computers.
