This position will be responsible for quantity survey, tender and contract management of the assigned project. Candidate shall be capable of preparing a cost plan.

JOB PURPOSE

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Quantity take off from drawings
Prepare BOQ for all disciplines
Prepare cost plan and assist Client in obtaining approval
Render support for preparation of project budget.
Cost estimate for every stage of Design & Construction
Pre-qualify vendors for every aspect/package of work
Prepare Tender documents and conditions such as GCC/SCC, etc.
Run Tender process and on-board vendors.
Arrange kick-off meeting and formally handover vendor/package to construction team
Contract and monitor other commercial aspects of the contract like invoicing, cost monitoring extending
necessary inputs towards preparation of various bank guarantees and insurance policies.
Conduct detailed checking of measurement, analysis of rates and quantities
Review & Verify Contractors Bill and Variation.
Project cost control & records.
Track budget and prepare monthly cash flow statements.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
5 to 7 years working experience and should have exposure to Bill certification in the Construction projects
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
B E - Civil and Diploma in Civil with prior related experience.

Pay: ₹83,000.00 - ₹91,000.00 per month
