We are looking for a Payment Collection Coordinator to handle timely follow-ups and ensure smooth collection of payments from students, clients, or partners. This role is key to maintaining healthy cash flow and building positive relationships through clear communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with clients/students for pending payments Maintain a record of payments received and outstanding dues Send reminders via calls, messages, or emails Coordinate with internal teams for payment-related queries Share daily/weekly collection status reports
Requirements
: Good communication and follow-up skills Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets Organized, punctual, and goal-oriented Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
