Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers, assist with orders, answer questions, and resolve complaints.

Cash Handling:

Operate the cash register, process payments (cash, credit, debit), and provide accurate change.

Order Taking:

Listen to and comprehend customer orders accurately.

Point of Sale (POS) System:

Utilize the POS system for transactions.

Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and work station.

Merchandise Assistance:

Help customers locate items and provide information about products.

Upselling:

Suggest additional products or services to customers.

Restocking:

Assist with stocking and rotating merchandise.

Problem Solving:

Resolve customer issues and concerns, and escalate complex problems to a manager.

Teamwork:

Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
