- Experience in the interior design industry is advantageous.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- As a Billing/Cashier in the field of Interior Design, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial transactions and accurate billing processes within the interior design business. Your attention to detail, financial acumen, and customer service skills will contribute to the overall efficiency and positive client experience.
- Billing and Invoicing:Generate accurate and timely invoices for services rendered.
- Verify and cross-check billing details to ensure correctness.Maintain a systematic record of all financial transactions.
- Cash Handling:Process cash, credit card, and electronic payments from clients.
- Reconcile cash register and resolve any discrepancies.Maintain a secure and organized cash handling system.
- Customer Interaction:Provide excellent customer service during billing transactions.
- Record Keeping:Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial transactions.
- Collaboration:Coordinate with other departments, such as design and sales, to gather necessary billing information.

- Proficiency in using billing software and cash register systems.
