Arts & Crafts products and Children's Books division
. The role involves handling customer and e-commerce orders, preparing invoices, managing GST compliance, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and logistics teams. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in Excel and ERP systems, and comfortable managing both retail and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer, retail, and e-commerce orders (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.)
Generate pick lists, invoices, delivery challans, and credit/debit notes
Ensure accurate GST calculation and correct application of HSN codes for books and craft materials
Create and manage E-Way Bills and maintain all billing documentation
Update stock records and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch
Track and reconcile returns, replacements, and credit notes
Maintain daily/monthly billing and dispatch reports in Excel and support MIS reporting
Skills & Requirements
Experience in
billing/invoicing
within a trading or distribution setup
Working knowledge of
GST, E-Way Bills, and HSN classification
(books & stationery)
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and
Tally/ERP systems
Good written and spoken English
Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across departments
Qualification
Graduate in
Commerce / Business Administration
or equivalent
1-3 years of relevant experience in billing or commercial operations
Certification in
Tally / GST / Advanced Excel
preferred
