Prepare and send invoices to customers and clients. Monitor and track incoming payments. Process and reconcile customer accounts. Communicate with customers regarding their outstanding balances. Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and disputes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records. Generate financial reports related to billing. Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance or a related field preferred. Previous experience in billing or accounting roles. Knowledge of billing procedures and principles. Familiarity with relevant accounting software. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication skills.
